Be Better Prepared When Crisis Comes
CRISIS INTERVENTION TRAINING
When someone is facing crisis, knowing you care matters. Knowing how to respond matters too. Caring Well Requires More Than Good Intentions
Many enter those moments with compassion and a genuine desire to help but without practical crisis intervention skills.
Crisis Care Solutions provides training in crisis intervention and Psychological First Aid principles to help participants better understand crisis reactions, communicate with people in distress, and provide practical support.
People rarely schedule a crisis.
Sudden loss, traumatic events, disasters, and critical incidents can place trusted leaders in situations where they are expected to listen, support, and help people navigate overwhelming stress.
The goal is not to turn everyone into a clinician. The goal is to better equip the people who will already be there.
Crisis intervention skills develop progressively. Our training sequence begins with helping individuals, expands to supporting groups impacted by critical incidents, and then develops deeper peer and caregiver-level support skills. Each course builds upon the knowledge and practical skills developed in the courses before it.
